Welcome to my world!

Hello lovely people...

just a quick introductory post to... well... introduce myself, suprise suprise! I'm a sixth form student currently preparing for my AS levels, which i will be blogging a lot about partly so i feel less like a revising machine for the next couple of months!

I'm also entering the Hydroactive Womens Challenge in September and will be updating on how my trainign is going- I'm running with Team Emily's Angels for a very special person (shockingly named Emily) and to raise money for the cystic fibrosis trust. I "ran" last year and it was a brilliant experience, but i have no doubt that this year will be even better as Emily (a cf sufferer) will be walking the whole distance after recieving a double lung transplant in January this year. My intention is to hype up my training this year and run the whole thing without wlaking- an ambitious task for someone whose exersize levels are currently about zero...

If through reading my blogs i can convince you to do anything, please sign up to the organ doner register... it IS the most important decision you will ever make. www.uktransplant.com

So now i think it's time for general waffling... firstly i must tell you that i encountered a man wandering around with no trousers on earlier! I was walking to school late because i had a home study period this morning and he breezed past me in chequered boxers which were far too tight, a flattering blue Tshirt tucked into them and a cowboy hat... a little strange methinks! Fortunately i was too busy laughing to think about how freaky the situation was... we were the only two people around and i was walking down an alley...

I'm pretty sure that he was just a bit crazy rather than a perv, but you can never be too sure so i told someone at school and in registers this afternoon we got the wonderfully sensible note "Please inform the girls that they should endeavour to leave the school in groups this afternoon, as a man with no trousers on was sighted this morning. Please do not alert the girls." Excellent!

Hm, i feel like i should go and learn my French oral outside in the sunshine but please leave me some messages to come back to!
